Spent the day at Fiesta Hermosa, drinks at Patrick Molloy’s
Wildcraft in Culver City renovated and revamped their menu.
1. Lamb ragout tortellini with pea pesto and pecorino toscano
2. Pappardelle and short rib bolgnese, thyme, and grana padano
3. Pici with braised pork jowls, broccolini, black pepper, poached egg and pecorino
Tastes great, portioned conservatively. Service is still slow, however. Don’t be in a rush on a Wildcraft night.
